Thanks to all who came out to donate on May 16th!  Hope you enjoy your new hoodies!  We did NOT make our goal for this drive - we need 16 more donors by June 30th.  Please go to a LifeSource center and donate using our CLA code of "AH91" please wait until after May 16th if possible so the credit  goes toward the May 16th drive.  We again need to get 50 donors to receive another $250.  Please let Nurse Kramer know when you have gone so she can make sure we get credit for your effort.  Click here to find a LifeSource Center closest to you.

In order to reduce costs to the Academy for credit-card services, bounced checks, and extra bookkeeping, the School Board encourages parents to make their tuition payments in cash.

Discounts will be determined by making the most expensive student 1st and then put in order of gross amount of individual tuition. This does not include Pre-school.

THE DECISION TO PAY IN CASH FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR MUST BE DONE WITH THE FIRST PAYMENT THAT IS DUE BY SEPTEMBER 1st.

Credit Card payments can be automatically deducted on the 9th of each month.

Students will not be permitted to attend classes if the tuition account is not kept current.  This includes tuition as well as any other bills incurred throughout the school year. Students in 8th & 12th grades will not be permitted to participate in graduation if their account is not up to date. Kindergarten diplomas will also be held in the office until bills are paid in full.

Parents should plan their financial schedule in order to make all payments prior to the last day of school. Quarterly and final Report Cards are held until bills are paid in full.

Please call the School Finance Office with problems or questions regarding finances at 847-385-2016.
